Marinated Salmon &Scallops
*3/4 pound skinless, darkless and boneless salmon.
*1/2 pound scallpos.
*10 basil leaves.
*4 table spoons olive oil.
*5 drops tabasco sauce.
*1/2 teaspoon sea salt.
*1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
*Cut the salmon and scallops into 1/2 inch cubes put into a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and mixwell, cover up and refrigerator for 4 hours then sever ,garnished with fresh coriander.
Baked Halibut Fillet
*1 pound halibut fillet boneless.
*1/2 teaspoon fresh dill , parsley & chopped.
*1/4 orange glaze.
*1/2 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce.
*1/2 teaspoon fresh chopped garlic
*1/4 pound fresh chopped onion.
*1/2 teaspoon seafood magic.(ask Ian in store)
*All seasoning mix well and marinated with the halibut for 10 minutes and baked for 18-20 minutes @ 375
Panfly Tuna
*1 pound Sushi grade tuna steak.
pinch of sea salt.
*1/3 teaspoon Fresh crack black peppercorns.
*5 drop tamari or soy sauce.
*2 teaspoon olive oil.
*All seasoning mix well and marinated with the tuna,use a hot pan 1 minute per side,sever with wasapi sauce.
Bake salmon trout fillet
*1 pound salmon trout fillet.
*pinch of sea salter.
*parsley according taste.
*pinch cracked black pepper.
*2 tea spoons olive oil.
*Sprinkle the sea salt,black pepper,parsley and add up the olive oil all over the salmon trout. Preheat oven @425'C, put the salmon trout into the oven for 10-12 minute to flake and sever with Yonge Seafood Gourmet home made mustard dill sauce.
Bake Tilapia fillet
*1 pound tilapia fillet.
*1/2 of orange juice.
*1/3 of lemon glaze.
*1/3 tea spoon oregano.
*3 tea spoon olive oil.
*1/2 tea spoon YSG BBQ sauce.
*parsley,sea salt and black pepper according taste.
*All ingredient mix well with tilapia fillet. Preheat oven @400'C and put the tilapia into a baking dish for 12-15 minute or until fish flakes with fork.
Baked Monkfish
*1 lb monkfish fillet.
*2 cloves garlic and minced.
*2 teaspoon olive oil.
*1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice.
*1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley.
*2 teaspoon butter.
*1 teaspoon soy sauce.
*1 teaspoon dry white wine.
*1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
*1 teaspoon chopped green onions.
*Sea salt according to tasted.
*Preheat oven @370 degrees. Combined all ingredients mix up and marinated monkfish for 15 minute.Then place into oven 375 degrees for 18-20minute until the monkfish flakes easily with a fork.
